This policy sets out details for the delivery of your online purchase from Mizzle & Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 33 616 277 911) via our online store www.mizzle.com.au, for delivery within Australia.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
- Mizzle delivers Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel for our standard deliveries.
- International shipping is limited at this stage. Please contact us if you would like something shipped overseas.
DELIVERY CHARGES (RETAIL CUSTOMERS)
- Australia Standard Shipping: $9.95.
- Express Post Shipping: $14.95.
- Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping. The standard post service is provided.
- Our standard delivery fee includes regular parcel post with tracking emails provided directly to you from Australia Post.
- Delivery charges for any heavy or large parcels are based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel. Extra postage for these items may be payable.
- Should your order be unusually heavy or bulky, then we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order. We have a range of couriers available to us, and we will explore the most cost efficient and speedy delivery service for your bulk order.
- Delivery to New Zealand using Australia Post (with tracking) is $29.95 for parcels up to 2kg. If you select an NZ delivery address, this option will pop up at the checkout.
DELIVERY CHARGES (WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS)
- If you are a Wholesale customer, we will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order.
- Wholesale customers will be billed separately for shipping costs.
- We dispatch all orders within 3 business days of notification of payment being received.
- Delivery times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia. Delivery may take longer for regional areas.
- Australia Post Express Post network is for next day delivery (sometimes 2-3 days if regional). For more information check www.auspost.com.au. This service is available at extra cost at the checkout.
- If for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your products within 3 business days from the date of your order, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

- Our international customers will be contacted with a shipping quotation. We will compare Australia Post International.
- Orders will take 5-7 days to arrive in major cities and up to 12 working days outside of these areas.
- We are required by law to list the price you paid for our items as the Customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or Customs fees charged by your Government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
