Returns / Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from Mizzle & Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 33 616 277 911) via our online store www.mizzle.com.au, for delivery within Australia.

Pursuant to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our returns policy is as set out below.

Products purchased via www.mizzle.com.au must be returned in accordance with our online returns policy.

CHANGE OF MIND

  1. We are more than happy to assist with a return or exchange for purchases made directly with www.mizzle.com.au.
  2. Please contact our warehouse on 03 6295 4612 or via email at hello@mizzle.com.au, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and we will advise you of the returns process and any other queries you may have.
  3. We do not accept cancellations of orders once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  4. Shipping costs for returned items must be covered by the customer for change of mind.

FAULTY MERCHANDISE

  1. At Mizzle, we take great care in packaging and ensuring that our products are of excellent quality.  All items are checked before being packed and sent on their way to their new home. However, if you find a fault or defect with our products (other than damage incurred during the course of transit or carriage), we will gladly offer you a replacement item or a refund. 
  2. For faulty or damaged products, please contact our warehouse on 03 6295 4612 within 10 days of delivery, or send us an email at hello@mizzle.com.au. Please include photos of the faulty/damaged products and we will advise and assist you with the returns process.

RETURNS PROCESS AND OTHER ENQUIRIES

  1. Items must be returned to Mizzle within 14 days of purchase delivery date.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with packaging and tags still intact.
  3. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using trackable postage, as any returns lost in transit or not received by us will not be issued a return.
  4. We will only process returns once items have been returned to our warehouse.
  5. All purchases made through our stockists, should be discussed directly with that store.
  6. We endeavour to process all returns within 3 business days.
  7. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your financial institution to process a refund.

Naturally we hope that you will be so happy with your Mizzle purchase that there is no need for a return!
