We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that our pricing is true and correct.

Our standard dispatch time-frame is within 2-3 business days of your final order.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund if you prefer.

  1. Free gift wrapping is available for all orders.
  2. Please make a note in the comments section at the checkout and we will match our wrapping to the colour scheme of the items ordered (girl, boy, unisex etc).

Should your item be a gift, we can post directly to the gift receiver on your behalf.  Simply change the delivery address at the checkout and advise us if you would like us to include a special message in our comments section.
